You are about to be sermonized by Alvin P. Snarkley-Hertzman, man of God and
verbose, virile leviathan of vim and ver!! Confused? So are the ladies of
the Bucketville Society for the Enhancement of the Christian Mind, who have
engaged the redoubtable Mr. Snarkley-Hertzman as a lecturer in the summer
of 1899. They can’t make heads or tails of his wild, wacky sermon. The only
thing they know for sure is that something is slightly repugnant about the
way he leers at them from the pulpit. But their ears prick up when Mr. Snarkley-Hertzman
tells them what is at stake if they don’t pay close attention. Unless this
strange and perplexing sermon is heeded, THE WORLD AS WE KNOW IT WILL END
TOMORROW!. Single lecture hall set. Runs 20 minutes (approx.).
